Which was one of the first in the City of North Chicago IL in 1979, launched by Ellis Usher Sr who is Nikia's great uncle. During this time Ellis Usher Sr. was responsible for collecting trash for the entire city of North Chicago IL.

Hi, I’m Nikia Usher - Owner of Haul Core LLC, and at the heart of everything we do is a story that’s deeply personal to me.
Haul Core was born out of a real, lived moment. While visiting my uncle at a senior living community, I saw firsthand how something as simple as disposing of trash and recycling had become a genuine challenge for residents facing illness and other life changes. That experience stayed with me because I’ve always believed that caring for people isn’t just something you do, it’s something you are.
That belief is the foundation of this business.
I bring with me years of experience in the supply chain industry, where I developed a strong track record of building lasting relationships and creating systems that actually work. But more than any professional skill, it’s my passion for people that drives me every day. Haul Core isn’t just a service, it’s my way of turning everything I’ve learned and everything I care about into something that genuinely makes life easier for others.
